Dear Ms. Ann Clemons
Thank you so much for giving our grade a bus tour. I enjoyed listening to you talk about each important landmark in Montgomery. I had never been to Montgomery and being able to see the whole city and hear about it. I enjoyed hearing your stories about Montgomery and I also enjoyed the fact that we were able to see places that our grade would have not been able to visit because of time. I also want to thank you for being able to give 55 people a tour last minute because of our flight being canceled. I really appreciate you giving us a tour of the city and if it weren’t for you I probably would have not been going to Montgomery.

Dear Ms. Clemons:
Hi Ms. Clemons, my name is Maddie Zakin. I was part of the Gordon School group whom you took on the tour around Montgomery. I really enjoyed your tour. I have never been down South but I have learned about so many places in Montgomery but then when I actually saw them everything came into place.

Our group arrived in Montgomery on an important anniversary of the Selma Freedom march and we were looking forward to a chance to capture some of the history that made Montgomery so important in the Civil rights movement. With a glowing recommendation from the Alabama Tourism Department, we could not have been more pleased with the enthusiasm and knowledge of our guide, Ms. Ann Clemons. With her theatrical flare, Ann led our group through the long history that Montgomery has played in our nation’s history, from the days of the Civil War to Rosa Parks and Dr. Martin Luther King that included a great lunch at one of her favorite local restaurants. It was a great prelude to our visit to Selma. I would highly recommend Ann Clemons to any group.
